Class of 2019 {Anna’s Senior Portraits}

Anna &I walked around downtown Stillwater for her senior portraits… just like I did with my senior portrait photographer the year before Anna was born 🙂
Anna, I hope you have an incredible senior year (and don’t wish it away too quickly, I know it can be a time when you’re looking forward to what’s next!) Here is a preview from her session:

Rowland Family of Four!

Enjoyed getting to photograph Jason, Aimee, Wyatt and new baby brother, Waylon last Sunday!!! Waylon was born July 3rd 🙂

Sandi’s Bridal Portrait Session {Sparrow}

We shot Sandi’s bridal portraits in late June at Sparrow! The landscaping and scenes are just beautiful, as is this new bride!!! Sandi was my daughter’s Kindergarten teach this past year and Annie just loved her! Sandi’s mom and grandma came along for the shoot. Bridals are a great opportunity for trial run of hair and make-up, bouquet, and knowing exactly how it feels to walk around in your wedding shoes! Here is a preview of the bridal portrait session:

Kena and Josh {Summer Wedding at Sparrow}

When I think of Kena and Josh I think, “Joy of the Lord!” What a genuine, kind couple! I’m thrilled to have had the chance to work with them for their wedding this June at Sparrow. Awesome indoor ceremony and relaxed indoor/outdoor reception complete with yard games, smores, and a station where guests could decorate their own piece of cake with a variety of toppings! Here’s a preview of their day, and by preview I mean A LOT of pictures! Many thanks to Brittany Smith for second shooting with me.

Mark and Devon {Sparrow Wedding, Stillwater}

Devon and Mark are a fun loving couple I’ve totally enjoyed working with for some very special occasions over the past 8 months! There were many memorable and unique aspects of their wedding at Sparrow, but the things I’ll remember most were their close relationships with family, the emotion of the day, and the fun they had with friends during the reception! We had some seriously talented dancers in this group! When Mark and Devon did their first look they exchanged gifts and also shared their personal vows with one another 🙂 Over the course of our outdoor portraits the weather went from hot and humid to windy and cooling off as a storm approached. Thankfully we were able to keep the ceremony outdoors through the light sprinkles, because it was just so beautiful out there with the dark skies and soft light on the ceremony. The couple’s dogs did a great job serving as flower girl and ring bearer! During the reception toasts, the Father of the Bride said he had prepared a few things to say and then let down his card which became a list that went to the ground! It was hilarious! Mark and Devon, I’ll remember your smiles and laughs together. So glad to have been a part of documenting your journey!! Thank you to Brittany Smith for second shooting this wedding with me. List of wedding professionals to contributed at the end of this blog. Here’s a preview of the wedding day!!
