Tori and Preston {Stillwater Engagement Session}

This fun, cute couple came to our house this week for their engagement session!! Luckily, this was two days before today’s snow. (Snow would be fun for a few pics, but glad we had the day we did February 3, 2020!) It was so nice to meet Tori and Preston, to hear about where they are from, what brought them to Stillwater and what they’ve got planned for their June wedding. Here’s a quick preview from their session:

Family Pictures

It was so much fun to do this session for Melissa and her beautiful girls!! Melissa and I went to school together in Stillwater but I hadn’t gotten to know her girls yet. So glad they are living here now!

Summer Family Portraits

Getting the family together at the end of the summer when one member comes to visit from out of state is a great time for pictures! Even if it ends up being a warm and humid day 🙂 I already knew these three kiddos from school but it was great to meet the rest of the crew!

Alesha + Willie {Cedar Deer Lodge Wedding}

Alesha and Willie were married in June at Cedar Deer Lodge, an awesome new venue 30 minutes from Stillwater (well, 30 min from my house anyway)! What I remember most about this day was family and sweet relationships between this couple and their boys, siblings, parents, nieces and nephews. Next most memorable was Alesha’s beautiful/unique dress and the pretty sunflower details and colors! The couple chose to see each other before the ceremony so we had a good time using many locations around Cedar Deer Lodge for portraits and then came back outside again around sunset during the reception for a few more romantic pictures. Congrats Alesha and Willie, it was so good to work with you two! List of the awesome wedding professionals who contributed at the end of this blog!
